1. Introduction and basics
With WorkWolf, you can either track your effort using defined tasks, or you can just keep an eye on the time using timers, countdowns and alarms.
General operations

2. Using the Task Window
The task window is where you do your effort tracking. You can do most of the operations by mouse, but you can do more, a lot faster with the keyboard shortcuts. Read up about the keyboard shortcuts below.

3. Using the Timer, Countdown and Alarm features
The timer window is where you use different type of time-related features. At any point, you can actually have a 3 timers, 3 countdowns and as many alarms you want, simultaneously

4a. Outlook Integration
WorkWolf makes tracking tasks and calendar in Outlook a breeze - you'd never think it was this simple. With this feature, you can see all your Outlooks tasks and calendar items within WorkWolf. Available in the business edition only. A few notes

4b. File Tasks
There are times when you just want to add a bunch of tasks into a text file and track them. You might even put a tasks file on a shared folder (or the web!) and have your colleagues/team members track their time and effort against them. That's where file tasks comes very handy - here's how you use it

So there it is, so simple and yet so effective! Ability to read off the web coming soon. This facility is also available only in the business edition.
5. Reports
You can generate Timesheets, Invoices and Activity sheets by right-clicking on the task window. These are self explanatory (try and see!). You can actually modify some of the look and feel and format by simply editing the template files within the Resources\ folder of the installation. A readme file in the same folder explains the different ways you can edit your templates. You can get Instant reports on the screen using these keystokes
